End to end

1. Trigger

   Projects hub, a Cercle's "start a project", a completed journey's continuation.

2. Inputs

   Title, intent (business, association, NGO, cooperative, cultural), description, commune, optional Cercle.

3. Processing

   Stages idea → forming → active → constituted, forward-only with a dated log; members join; people with matching skills and intentions are surfaced.

4. User actions

   Describe, recruit, advance.

5. System actions

   LP_Projects::create / join / advance; LP_Graph::related suggests collaborators and public programmes worth reading (never implying eligibility).

6. Relationships created

   Project incubated by Cercle; project rooted in commune; person builds project.

7. Notifications

   Members at each stage.

8. Next possible actions

   Find collaborators · Read programmes · At "constituted": create the organisation.

9. Completion state

   Project constituted.
