Anything on the platform can be reported. Reports enter a moderation queue with a forward-only life — open, reviewed, resolved with words — and you are notified at every move.

What happens next
A mediator reads it (open → reviewed), acts, and resolves it in words — what was found, what was done. Resolution text is required by the code; a report cannot be closed silently.
