What we count — and refuse to count

Counted: rooms reached, bonds formed, procedures completed. Never counted, never optimised: time on screen, sessions, streaks. The measurement follows La Grille de La Place: recurrence, bridging across difference, and participant-reported meaning.

The Civic Data Commons

These aggregates are the only form in which participation data ever leaves the platform. Individual data is never sold or shared — the charter's Article 7 and the code both say so.
