What would you like to do?
From a shared problem to a team, a plan, a budget and something built — with the people who live there.
1. Start from the problem
Describe who is affected, where, and how you know. A photograph, a walk with the people concerned and a few measurements beat a long text.
Tip: Never publish identifiable people without their consent.
2. Build the proposal
Objectives, activities, resources, risks, accessibility, costs, a timeline and how you will measure success. The proposal builder walks you through each section.
3. Find the team
Matching shows people interested in the subject, those with the skills you need and the Cercles and organisations nearby — without revealing anyone's private details.
Tip: Publish volunteer roles with a clear time commitment.
4. Carry it through
Post updates with photos, spending and issues; invite the community to monitor progress; document the outcome, including what did not work.
